Hattingley Wine & Cheese Pairing
Hattingley is an award-winning, eco-friendly wine producer based in rural Hampshire. Since their first vintage in 2010, they have been crafting exceptional traditional method sparkling wines. The wines can now be found in some of the finest restaurants in the country, as well as being exported around the world.
On 15th December, you will have a chance to taste through two of their bottle-fermented and matured sparkling wines, alongside two of their still wines from the excellent 2020 vintage – all paired with delicious British artisan cheeses and stories of the estate.
