HiiT Class with Obi Uche
Working with personal trainer Obi Uche, these classes will incorporate high-intensity interval training to draw on your inner strength and resilience, with a focus on building overall strength combined with HIIT to ensure you leave each session feeling stronger and proud of yourself.
Obi is a qualified PT with a sports background in American football and basketball, with a broad approach to training and staying healthy: his ethos is balance is key.
