Terms & Conditions

To take us up on our Price Promise, provide a screen shot that clearly displays the Club Flat category, dates of travel, rate and provide the URL (website address) where you found the offer. It is at the discretion of The Other House to decide if a booking qualifies for Price Promise redemption, based on the information provided.  Some rates given to closed user groups (loyalty programs, corporate contracted rates etc) may not apply for Price Promise matching.
