About Chloe
With 8 years in the health and fitness industry, Chloe is passionate about helping people build a strong, positive relationship with their mind and bodies within the health and fitness space. Originally training as a professional dancer at the Northern Ballet School, she brings a deep understanding of movement and body awareness to my coaching. Through Yoga, Barre, and Pilates, alongside 1:1 coaching, Chloe empowers you to move in a way that feels good, enjoyable, and aligned to your lifestyle. Her approach focuses on mindful movement, breath work, and strength, creating a holistic connection between the body and mind for long-term health and happiness.
