Terms & Conditions – Stay As You Choose

These terms are supplemental to the standard terms and conditions of The Other House available on our website save that in the event of any conflict, these terms override and supersede them. Please see: https://otherhouse.com/terms-conditions/

Stay As You Choose (“SAYC”) – These terms are aimed at individuals who are 18 years of age or older who would like to pre-book packages of 50, 100, or 150  Club Flat nights at The Other House for a set period of up to 3-12 months (per your unique agreement/quotation).

SAVINGS – by committing to staying for the designated number of nights over a 3 – 12 month period, you will be entitled to a saving (“the SAYC Rate”). Quotations for different Club Flat types are available on request.

QUOTATION – Please complete the form located on otherhouse.com/stay-as-you-choose/ and the team will have a quotation completed and sent over. All quotations are inclusive of VAT save that if the rate of VAT is changed, we are entitled to levy the amended rate of VAT.

PERSONAL – These terms are personal to the person booking the Club Flat and permit you and any declared and named fellow guest to stay at The Other House South Kensington.

FLEXIBILITY – You will have the flexibility to stay on whichever nights are most convenient to you, throughout your contracted period, however they are subject to availability.

UPGRADE – You may upgrade your Club Flat for particular nights on request, subject to availability and payment of an additional charge, payment to be made in advance.

BOOKING – you will be provided with a unique booking link that you must use to make your reservations, your booking will be made and confirmed instantly.  Once a booking has been confirmed for a period of stay, the booking cannot be cancelled.

STORAGE – Between stays, The Other House may be able to provide for storage of luggage, at your own risk. Any additional costs associated with any storage will be met out of the Retainer Fee charged. Should you have any further questions, please contact the team.

PETS – We may at our discretion discount our normal pets charge in respect of certain Club Flats in line with the discount for the SAYC Rate.

PAYMENT – There are two payment options available for SAYC: pre-pay the full cost of the stay at the time of reservation or you can set up a monthly payment agreement as outlined below:

MONTHLY PAYMENTS –Upon signing the contract we will require a one month deposit & one month pre-payment to secure the SAYC package. The remaining balance will then be billed on a monthly basis. Your account must always stay in credit, therefore, if you seek to stay for more nights than you will have paid for in advance at the SAYC Package Rate, you will be required to make additional payments for the booking in advance of your stay and subject to your account staying in credit, the balance due thereafter at the minimum monthly rate would be reduced accordingly.

METHOD OF PAYMENT – Payment shall be made via our nominated card processor. The Other House does not keep your card details on file.

CLEANING – When you stay for 3 consecutive nights in a row you will get a complimentary full service clean on the 4th day and then every week for as long as you stay.

OTHER INCLUSIVE ITEMS – You will not be liable to pay Council Tax or utility charges.
