Join us for a purposeful walk in nature: expect thoughtful prompts and guided moments to foster self-awareness and clarity, all set within a landscape that inspires fresh perspectives and meaningful interactions. 

We plan to arrive back at Kings Oak Hotel, a superb woodland gastropub with outdoor seating, by 2pm for a booked group lunch. From there, you’re welcome to linger over conversations and drinks, or head straight to Loughton Station for frequent Central Line trains back to London.
