This workshop is inspired by the Japanese art, Kintsugi, of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — built on the idea of embracing flaws and imperfections. When you heal and integrate, you become stronger and more resilient.

Join us for this 2 hour incredible breath workshop with Pei from Inmispace surrounded with beautiful handmade candles by Abalon UK. The workshop will start with some light yin stretches to open up your body and followed by an active breath session and relaxation at the end.

About Pei Chan

Pei is a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator, founder of Inmispace. She trained in Turkey, Denmark, Italy and in the UK to become certified. She had her first Transformational Breath® session in 2017 and would never have guessed that this would become the major turning point in her self-healing journey. She has trained with Founder of Transformational Breath®, Judith Kravitz and Senior Trainer, Eugenia Altamira.

Pei is also a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT ® Practitioner and a Reiki Master. She believes in the power and simplicity of the breath, and intelligence of the subconscious mind. Going within to find all the answers and healing you need, as she puts it, healing is an inside job.

About Ana Bridgewater

Ana Bridgewater graduated in Arts & Philosophy and Abalon is her artistic name. She has exhibited in London, Miami, New York, Madrid and Barcelona among other locations. She established her own business in 2015, committed to sustainable designing with an efficient use of materials in mind and innovating for minimising waste to 0. She believes that we have to start producing and consuming more consciously and Abalon is her response to this. We can create a more sustainable way of consuming.
