The Journey Of Transformation

In life we all go through heartache, growing pains, trauma and a variety of life challenging calamities. All of this can bring a great deal of fear, anxiety, sadness, anger and isolation into our lives. As we travel through the dark night of the soul “difficult times”, it can be difficult to find the light and to welcome in the waves of change and growth that is inevitable on the journey of transformation through death and rebirth of one’s soul and life on Earth. As we go through changes of identity, purpose, change of belief systems, spiritual growth, relationships and more.

Hana holds a sacred space to be heard and witnessed in community, as we journey through in The Art Of Sacred Listening, sharing circle, journaling, Sound using the Gong and ending with a sacred ritual of honouring our transformation.

Please bring with you an item that represents any change or transformation that you are currently going through, this can be a photo, a crystal, anything you’d like to share. (this is optional)
Dress in comfortable clothing, and kindly bring with you paper and a pen.

Ending with a ritual
Hana Elrais is a Sound Meditation facilitator and Grief & Loss Spaceholder. She leverages her 15-year long personal healing journey, Sufism spirituality, ancestral roots, and uses Vibrational Sound Medicine to inform her approach. Hana strives to create safe spaces in which sound is a vehicle to: calm the nervous system, carve out space to just be, reconnect with loved ones and process physical and emotional sensations. As a spaceholder, her niche is overcoming trauma and processing grief through understanding the mind, body, spirit connection.
