When you stay in our student flats for 6 months or more, you can take up to four weeks ‘holiday time’ per year and we’ll secure your belongings for a minimal fee. Then you can check back in after your break, meaning you don’t need to pay if you’re away between semesters. You can take up to two two-week breaks per year.  Need longer? Let us know and we’ll see what’s possible.

We host regular cultural, social and networking events at The Other House, offering a great opportunity to meet other residents and club members, and build a network of contacts for your burgeoning career.

This includes a monthly resident coffee morning and drop-in career workshop for students, as well as our What’s On programme.

Yes, no problem. Each of our Club Flats are designed for two people or more and it won’t cost you any more to stay as a couple. If you have a flatmate, we also have twin and interconnecting rooms available, as well as larger combo apartments suitable for families or groups. You can even stay with your dog.

Of course, we welcome your guests as this is your home. You can also invite up to three friends to our private club lounges, including Hogsmire and The Keeping Room. If you’re having friends and family visiting overnight, as one of our residents we offer preferred rates on additional Club Flat bookings.

For stays 15 to 90 nights: On booking, we require a 14 day deposit and a prepayment for your first 14 days stay.

For stays 90 days or more: On booking we require a 30-day deposit and a prepayment for your first 30 days.

All deposits are returned following check out from your flat, provided you fulfil your contracted terms.

For stays up to 6 months, we require full payment 72 hours prior to check-in. For stays over 6 months, we require a 60 day upfront payment, with a rolling monthly payment from your second month. This offers greater flexibility than ASTs, and avoids the need to pay upfront for your full stay duration, which is a common requirement by landlords any lets in London.

If you need to cancel or shorten your stay, you can do so up to 14 days in advance of a stay up to 90 nights, or 30 days in advance of a stay over 90 nights.

Yes, if you’d like to extend your stay, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you, though this is subject to availability. Just give us as much notice as you can so we can guarantee your flat. If you’ve been staying with us for 6 months or more, we’ll also do our best to honour your original booking rate.
