Terms & Conditions
Limited time promotional flat rates apply on stays between 15-180 nights, and depends on the length of stay and flat type booked. ‘From’ rates stated refer to costs (inc VAT) for a stay in a Club Eaves flat type between 90-180 nights. Offer is valid for bookings between 10 May 2024 and 30 August 2024, for stays until 31 March 2025. For stays between 15-91 nights we require 14-night deposit at the time of reservation, no further prepayment or deposit is required in advance of stay. For stays between 91-180 nights we require 30-night deposit at the time of reservation, and a 30-night prepayment 72 hours prior to arrival. For further information on deposits, prepayment and payment plans, please refer to our Terms and Conditions or submit an enquiry.
