If you want to arrive earlier or later, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. You are welcome to store your luggage with us during the day of your arrival or departure, should you wish to make the most of your time in the city.
Our commitment to positive environmental impact began with the refurbishment of the 11 historic townhouses that make up The Other House South Kensington. By repurposing with eco-conscious materials rather than re-building, and using locally-sourced, British-made furniture, we minimise our carbon footprint. From using electricity over gas to running low-waste kitchens that serve seasonal produce, our sustainability agenda drives our daily practice.

For short stays of 14 nights or less, we provide a daily housekeeping service which includes a full-service clean and linen change twice a week, and a light tidy of your Club Flat on the days in between.
For extended stays of 15 nights or more, we provide a full-service clean and linen change once a week. However, if you would like our daily housekeeping service, simply email [email protected] and we can set this up for an additional £10 a night for the duration of your stay.
In your bathroom, you will find sustainable bath and body products, which are made in the UK, vegan, paraben free and fully recyclable. We do not provide single use items such as toothbrushes and cotton buds, however these can be requested from the front desk if you need them.
In your kitchen, there are some sustainably sourced coffee pods and tea, as well as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. There’s also crockery, cutlery, appliances and other kitchen staples.
If you are staying for more than 14 nights, we also provide a few additional items to get you started, compliments of the House.

Our all-day street café, The Other Kitchen, offers a casual dining menu for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Think seasonal soups, hearty salads, signature sandwiches and sharing plates.
As a resident, you are welcome to enjoy food and drink from our Club Menu throughout the house, including The Library, The Keeping Room or Hogsmire.
Open 5pm to late
Our destination bar with indoor tree-top views, the Owl & Monkey is a hidden gem in South Kensington. Mixologists offer a boutique selection of classic and signature cocktails, alongside a menu of small sharing plates.
We have partnered with BLANC who offer a great Dry Cleaning and Laundry Service.
Just complete the form on their site and drop your laundry off at the Post Room on the ground floor. BLANC will notify you when it’s returned, and ready for you to collect.

The Keeping Room is our atmospheric members’ lounge with plush low-level seating, underground vaults, and an open fire. Just press the buzzer for drinks and lite-bites from the Club menu.
Every other Thursday you can enjoy live music with pianist, Justin Whyte. There are lots of other events too so do take a look at What’s On while you stay.
Hidden at the back of The Keeping Room is The Den – the perfect place to cosy up with friends and watch your favourite movie. Feel free to order drinks and small plates in advance so you can really settle in.

A tranquil escape from the bustle, Hogsmire is our calming members lounge designed to relax or revive the senses. During the day, natural light fills the two-storey glazed atrium overlooking the vitality pool. As the evening draws in, dusk and an open fire create the perfect piazza-style bar to relax and unwind in.
Residents can restore with nourishing light bites and signature cocktails throughout the day from our club menu. Just press the buzzer to order.
We offer a curated menu of spiritual, alternative and holistic treatments for our members and residents. To ensure we work with the very best in their fields, each of the wellbeing guides available has been vetted, tried and tested.
Residents can also join our exclusive wellbeing events such as Yin Yoga and sound baths. Take a look at the wellbeing classes we have on during your stay.
Warmed to 31 degrees, our vitality pool is designed relieve stress and relax and calm the body.
The vitality pool, sauna and steam room are open from 7am to 9pm. Children 12 years and under are permitted between 3pm and 4.30pm, with supervision. Our pool dimensions are 4m X 8m.

Our state-of-the-art gym is open 24 hours and has been developed in collaboration with sports professional, Reece Bowers.
Designed to create the optimal workout, we can connect you to an elite list of coaches to give you the best experience while you stay. Look out for our guest sessions from world-class personal trainers, while you’re getting in the zone.
The Other House is a pet-friendly Resident’s Club and we welcome cats and dogs to stay in all our Club Flats.
Small, well-behaved pets are allowed in all areas of The House. We do ask that they be kept on a lead when in public areas such as The Lobby.
To ensure the wellbeing of all four-legged friends, we have a few guidelines to follow, however we will send you a full ‘pet agreement’ to view and sign before you stay:
