Meet our speakers:
Susan Rudnik
Susan Rudnik is a registered Art Psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, as well as a resident of the Henry Dickens estate in North Kensington. In response to the Grenfell Tower Fire in 2017, Susan founded Latimer Community Art Therapy (LCAT) to meet the emotional and therapeutic needs of the community.
Carolyn Ouladzahra
Carolyn Ouladzahra co-founded Neighbourhood Doulas after meeting Karolina Hardy when they were both new mothers, at a local children’s centre in Kensington and Chelsea. They founded Neighbourhood Doulas in 2017 to ensure that no woman faces birth alone and they work with homeless, destitute, fearful and isolated women, supporting them to feel safe and secure before, during and after giving birth.
Oumayma Tuijri
Oumayma Tuijri is the Vice Chair at Hear Women, a grassroots group working particularly with East and North African women to improve their health and wellbeing, and to address issues of gender based violence. Oumayma is an experienced youth worker at several projects in North Kensington and a passionate advocate for community change.
