Our sustainability agenda drives our daily practices both in front and back of house. From using electricity rather than gas and allowing residents to measure and control their energy usage via The Other House App, to enabling paperless interactions and running low-waste kitchens that serve seasonal, sustainable food. Every resident will be empowered to make a measured and personal contribution to a greener future through the use of technology and embracing best practices.

Behind the scenes, our team members are rewarded for positive contribution and outstanding performance with ‘wellness credits’ which can be spent across an array of wellbeing outlets spanning physical, mental and emotional wellness.
